    Made from 100% Bacchus grape variety this wine has won a number of accolades from wine writers and industry specialists alike. The grapes are picked early to retain their intense and distinctive flavours. Whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel it remains on the lees for 3 months maximise flavour. There are lots of fruit aromas and it is a wonderful crisp yet aromatic wine. You will find nettles, citrus, blackcurrant and ginger combining to produce a racy up front wine.Selected as a 'must try' wine by Matthew Jukes in Woman & Home and one of the top 10 white wines for under £10 by Anthony Rose in The Independent. If you like Sancerre or New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc you should try this one.

  • New Wave Wines Pinot Noir Curious Grape Aromatic, 1999, Kent

    A good year for Pinot Noir with high sugars and good colour concentration. So as not to over oak the wine was aged for up to a year in older American and French oak barrels. A classic Pinot Noir with hints of strawberries and raspberries on the palate with vanilla edges from the oak.Try it with friends who like Burgundies - It might just surprise them!
