Made from 100% Bacchus grape variety this wine has won a number of accolades from wine writers and industry specialists alike. The grapes are picked early to retain their intense and distinctive flavours. Whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel it remains on the lees for 3 months maximise flavour. There are lots of fruit aromas and it is a wonderful crisp yet aromatic wine.
